Infrastructure

We follow a systematic approach while designing and manufacturing a wide assortment of woolen blankets, yarns, fabrics and allied products. Entire processes starting from spinning, weaving, processing and final packaging are conducted in-house.

Spinning We have a full fledged spinning division that is outfitted with latest Italian Card machines that are capable of all types fiber carding. In order to accomplish efficient spinning of woolen yarns, we make use of high speed ring frames of more than 2500 spindles. Our advantageous and controlled climatic conditions and rigorous quality regulation measures allow us to provide superior quality wool. In addition to that, we use a perfect blend of old woollen rags and pure new wool as raw material in order to produce woolen or acrylic yarn that are reckoned for their superb quality and colour fastness.

Weaving

In our Weaving division, latest Power Looms and Rapier Looms are used. The machinery has been imported from Italy and Germany for the match of quality and perfection. The looms have a weaving widths ranging from 54” to 100” for the fabrics. World’s well known brands e.g. DORNIER, VAMATEX, SOMET and PANTER has been installed for the fabrication.

Incorporating more than 50 looms in the weaving process, we are capable of meeting the voluminous demands of our clients. Moreover, we have electronic jacquard sets to facilitate us in creating exclusive designs and combinations.

Processing

After the creation of fabrics in the weaving section, it is sent to the processing division. We have requisite facilities to carry out different processes for the steaming, fabric softening, dyeing, and drying. The processing is carried out under continuous vigilance of the quality auditors so that the fabrics are up to the mark of international quality standards. For various processes our unit is installed with latest machines including:

• Milling/ Fulling
• Blow steaming
• Stanter Drying
• Calendering
• Raising / Shearing
• Chemical dying

Owing to our world class facilities, we are able to achieve a production capacity of more than 5000 Mtrs of fabric a day.

Packaging and Delivery

After the final inspection of the finished lot they are subjected to packaging so as to ensure that they reach our clients in a safe and sound manner. We use Heavy Duty “Bale Pressing” machine to pack the finished goods, whereby the bales or cartons are prepared of the finished goods with the purpose of final shipment in an efficient manner. In order to ascertain that the products are delivered at our clients end safely, we have in-house facilities for stuffing the container and goods.

Our Import Activities

We are involved in manufacturing and exporting of woollen yarn, woollen and cotton fabrics and for this purpose we import raw material from various countries such as Australia, Canada, Russia, Japan, Malaysia and many European Countries. Our constant innovation in our manufacturing techniques and product range prompts us to search new suppliers who are capable of supplying material throughout the year with stable quality. • Greasy Sheep Wool & Woollen Waste
• Acrylic & All Type of Synthetic Waste

Our raw material consumption figure for production of has reached more than regenerated fiber for the woollen and acrylic yarn 1200 metric tonnes in a year. With the increment in production and consumption base, this figure is greater than ever.
