Quality Standards

At N.A.N quality is not restricted to a single department, but we try to imbibe it in all aspects of our business so as to ensure that our products meet and surpass all quality standards effortlessly. Our devotion towards maintaining the quality of our products and implementation of ISO 9001:2000 Quality assurance and management system have provided us the accreditation through C.R.S-Registrars (USA) accreditation firm. Our quality management system ensures that the yarns produced by us are safe for human health. Moreover, our sensibility and meticulousness towards quality aspect have been substantiated through various awards with certificates of production sufficient of British and American standardization and suitability to Indian standards. Our fabric range is at par with ASTM D-4151-92 standards for fire retardancy and the Flammable Fabrics Act. In addition to that the woolen blankets and fabrics conform to CS 191-53 and meet the requirements of FAR fire standards.

Scrupulous quality inspection is conducted from the first step to the last one will the dispatch of the consignment. The procured raw material is safely stocked at the factory stores and undergoes certain tests to check their compliance with our quality standards before the commencement of the production phase. After inspection the low grade material is sorted out and only pure material is sent to the production assembly under the supervision of our quality experts.

We make use advanced technology and latest carding machines in the spinning process. The assembled fibers from the preparation group are manufactured into yarns and different balls of string are made as per the desired type and quality. With an aim to provide best quality to our clients, we are intended to develop and change the world economy.

Our professionals strive to maintain the quality and timeliness in the weaving plant through timely inspection of warp and weft combinations. Moreover entire procedures from starting from yarn, then to fabric and last up to processing and packaging are inspected regularly.
